1. Our Quality Guarantee

Cuore Labs guarantees that all products:
- Meet strict safety and quality standards
- Contain the listed ingredients as specified
- Are manufactured according to Indian Cosmetics Rules, 2020
- Are tested for stability and safety
- Are sealed with tamper-evident packaging

If a product does not meet these standards, we will replace it at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not cover:
- Personal preference issues
- Individual allergic reactions
- Cosmetic expectations or result variations

2. Why We Have a Strict Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be resold, restocked, exchanged, or redistributed once used or unsealed.

This policy follows industry-standard practices used by premium skincare and cosmetic brands.

3. Returnable Items

We accept returns only in the following cases:

- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong product received
- Missing items in the order
- Expired product received
- Tampered or leaking packaging

Evidence such as photos or unboxing videos may be required.

4. Claim Window

All damage, defect, wrong item, or missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

5. Fast Track Replacement

For defective or damaged products:

Step 1:
Contact support within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email.

Step 2:
Share:
- Order ID
- Photos or videos
- Brief issue description

Step 3:
Approved replacements are shipped within 24–48 hours.

Replacement timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 days
- Non-metro areas: 5–7 days

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Cosmetic preference dissatisfaction
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Promotional or gifted items
- Clearance or flash sale items
- Requests beyond the eligible return window

7. Cosmetic Preference Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for unopened and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions:
- Product must remain sealed
- Packaging must be undamaged
- Original invoice required

Exchange options:
- Equal-value exchange
- Upgrade with price difference payment
- Store credit for lower-value exchanges

Opened or tested products are not exchangeable.

8. Unboxing Video Requirement

For damage or missing item claims, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video.

The video should show:
- Sealed outer package
- Package opening process
- Product condition
- Visible defects or leakage

Photos may be accepted in certain cases.

9. Refund Process

To request a refund:

After approval, a prepaid return label may be provided.

Step 4:
Return the product as instructed.

Step 5:
After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

10. Refund Amount

Refunds are limited to the exact amount paid at checkout.

Refunds do NOT include:
- Original MRP differences
- Promotional savings
- Shipping charges where applicable

Examples:
- If you paid ₹599 after discount, refund = ₹599
- If coupon codes were used, refund equals discounted payment amount

11. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

For COD orders:
Refunds are issued through bank transfer after account verification.

12. Bundle Purchases

Bundle orders must generally be returned as complete sets.

If only one item in a bundle is defective, only the defective item may be replaced.

13. COD Returns

COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Repeated COD refusals or abuse may result in:
- COD restrictions
- Account review
- Future prepaid-only orders

14. Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not discard packaging
- Report within 48 hours
- Share photos or unboxing video

Eligible cases receive free replacement support.

15. Return Dispute Process

If you disagree with a return decision:
- Submit additional evidence within 7 days
- The case may undergo secondary review
- Final resolution will be communicated after review
