Your continued use of the Website and any transaction conducted thereon constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Cuore Labs Website, including but not limited to the Cuore Labs name, logo, brand marks, product photographs, descriptions, marketing copy, website design, layout, graphics, text, videos, editorial content, formulation claims, hard water science content, user interface, functionality, chelation technology concepts, and mineral-binding research are the exclusive intellectual property of Cuore Labs and are protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
2.1 Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, transmitting, copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or using any Cuore Labs content, branding, website copy, formulation concept, chelation technology, or intellectual property without written permission.
2.2 Enforcement
Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in takedown notices, legal action, damages claims, cease-and-desist orders, and injunctive relief.
3. Product Information & Medical Disclaimers
Cuore Labs products are cosmetic products designed for external use only. They are not medicines, medical devices, treatments, cures, or products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
All product claims relate only to cosmetic efficacy, including appearance, texture, shine, and feel. Product information is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Individual results may vary based on skin type, hair type, genetics, consistency of use, environmental factors, water hardness, climate, pollution, UV exposure, hormonal changes, age-related factors, and underlying dermatological conditions.
Visible improvements may typically appear after 4–6 weeks of consistent use, but Cuore Labs does not guarantee specific results or timelines.
4. Safety & Allergy Warnings
Before using any Cuore Labs product, perform a patch test on a small area of skin and wait 24–48 hours for any reaction. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Do not use the products if you have known allergies to listed ingredients, active dermatological conditions without professional guidance, extremely sensitive or compromised skin, open wounds, severe irritation, or if you are pregnant or nursing without consulting a professional.
Cuore Labs is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, delayed hypersensitivity, or individual reactions caused by personal skin conditions or repeated use.
5. Hard Water Science & Chelation Claims
Cuore Labs formulations are designed around mineral chelation technology to help address hard water-related concerns such as mineral buildup, dullness, frizz, loss of elasticity, and brittleness.
Our chelation claims are based on ingredient functionality, mineral-binding science, hard water chemistry, published cosmetic research, testimonials, and case studies. These claims are not medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical treatment claims.
Results depend on water hardness level, consistency of use, individual hair and skin condition, prior damage, and environmental factors.
6. Pricing Accuracy & Corrections
Prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change between orders and are not retroactively adjusted.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, Cuore Labs may cancel the order with a full refund or contact you with the correct price before processing.
Discount codes, promotional pricing, bundles, flash sales, and limited offers are subject to specific terms. Refunds on discounted purchases are limited to the amount actually paid, not the MRP.
Cuore Labs reserves the right to modify product formulations, upgrade ingredients, discontinue products, or update promotional offers at its sole discretion.
7. Billing Accuracy & Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information including full legal name, email address, phone number, shipping address, pin code, and payment details.
Cuore Labs is not responsible for failed deliveries, delayed shipments, payment failures, or order issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
8. COD & Order Integrity
Cuore Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel COD orders from customers with a history of fake orders, repeat cancellations, refused deliveries, failed COD payments, suspicious ordering patterns, chargebacks, or return abuse.
Customers engaging in fraudulent ordering behavior may be banned from COD, reported to courier/payment partners, and subject to legal action.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already been picked, packed, processed, or handed over to the courier partner.
Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may accept delivery and request a return if eligible, or refuse delivery where return shipping charges may apply.
10. Prohibited Uses of Website
You agree not to use this Website for unauthorized resale, dropshipping, wholesale distribution, creating competing product lines, fraudulent activities, illegal activities, harassment, abuse, defamatory conduct, system interference, hacking, scraping, phishing, or promotional abuse.
Violation may result in account termination, legal action, fraud reporting, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
11. Influencer & Affiliate Policy
Cuore Labs does not currently have a formal influencer or affiliate program.
Unauthorized brand partnerships, false claims, misleading promotional content, misuse of logos, or claims of official association without written permission are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12. Shopify Platform & Third-Party Services
The Cuore Labs Website is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides e-commerce infrastructure, payment processing, and platform services.
Cuore Labs is responsible for product quality, customer service, and order fulfillment. Shopify is not responsible for product claims, quality, or customer service.
Third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners, and platform tools may have their own policies and service terms.
13. User-Generated Content Rights
By submitting reviews, testimonials, before/after photos, videos, feedback, or social media content to Cuore Labs, you grant Cuore Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, and promote your content.
Cuore Labs may use submitted content for website display, social media, email marketing, paid ads, promotional campaigns, and brand materials.
If you do not want your content used commercially, clearly mention “DO NOT USE FOR MARKETING” at the time of submission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuore Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from website use, product purchase, product use, service interruptions, delivery delays, allergic reactions, lack of results, third-party failures, or customer misuse.
Cuore Labs’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
15. Force Majeure
Cuore Labs shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, courier failures, strikes, supply chain disruptions, power outages, internet failures, supplier issues, regulatory action, or acts of God.

Cuore Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting to the Website.
Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
18. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Protection
Before initiating legal action, customers should contact Cuore Labs at support@cuorelabs.com and allow 7 business days for resolution.
Nothing in these Terms waives your statutory consumer protection rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

20. Severability
