- Products are quality checked
- Packaging and shipping labels are prepared
- Orders are handed over to courier partners

Once shipped, tracking details are shared via:

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Tier 3 & Semi-Urban Areas: 7–10 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 10–15 business days

Delivery timelines are calculated from the dispatch date and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or operational disruptions.

- No hidden handling or processing charges
- GST included in pricing

Optional expedited delivery may be available for select metro cities at an additional cost.

5. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners including:
- Dunzo
- Shadowfax
- Ecom Express
- Other regional delivery providers

Courier selection depends on delivery location and service availability.

6. Packaging & Product Protection

All orders are packed using:
- Corrugated shipping boxes
- Bubble wrap or protective cushioning
- Tamper-evident sealing
- Moisture protection layers
- Branded protective packaging

Every product is inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and authenticity.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

- Courier partner details
- Real-time tracking link
- Estimated delivery timeline

Tracking updates may include:
- Shipment Picked Up
- In Transit
- Out for Delivery

- Attempted Delivery
- Returned to Sender

8. Delivery Address Requirements

10. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

Packages may be returned to our warehouse if:
- Delivery attempts fail
- Address is incorrect
- Customer refuses delivery
- Recipient is unavailable

After RTO:
- Customers may request reshipping
- Refunds may be issued where applicable
- Additional delays may apply

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible Indian pin codes.

Customers are expected to complete payment upon delivery.

Repeated COD refusal or failed deliveries may result in:
- COD restrictions
- Prepaid-only future orders
- Account review or suspension

12. International Shipping

Currently, Cuore Labs ships only within India.
